Incident at Leamington Spa

Police are investigating an incident that occurred in Leamington Spa at 5.22 pm yesterday (January 22 2010), when a man was found on the ground in Tavistock Street with serious injuries.

He was taken to Warwick Hospital where he was declared dead.

His death is being treated as unexplained.

It is believed that this man had been on the upper deck of the multi-storey car park just before he was found in the street.

Police would like to hear from anyone who may have seen this man in the car park shortly before the incident. He has been described as wearing a dark suit, white shirt, black shoes and possibly a floral tie.
