Five arrested following incident in Warwick Street, Leamington

Five people have been arrested following an incident which occurred in Warwick Street, Leamington in the early hours of this morning, Tuesday August 31.
Police were called to The Duke public house shortly after midnight where it was reported that a group of people were fighting in the street.
One person was taken to Warwick Hospital where he is being treated for chest pain.
A police officer was injured during the incident and was also taken to hospital but returned to work after treatment.
A 22 year old male was arrested on suspicion of affray and assaulting a police officer.
Three other males, aged 20, 22 and 23, and a 21 year old woman were arrested on suspicion of affray.
All five are in custody and being questioned by police today.
Officers investigating the incident would like to hear from anyone who was in the public house earlier in the evening and has any information about how the incident began.
They are viewing CCTV footage and believe that there were a number of witnesses present.
