Incident 38 of 12 March

Police arrested 36 year old Steven Barry Marsden after officers executed a warrant at an address in Tachbrook Road, Leamington Spa this morning, Friday 12 March.

He was wanted for failing to appear at crown court for a serious assault that occurred in August 2008 in Warwick.

He is due to appear at Warwick Crown Court later today.
