Officers investigating the disappearance of Elzbieta (Ela) Kinczyk have this morning found the body of a woman.

At this time police cannot confirm the identity of the body but it was found shortly after midnight at a location near to Windmill Hill Lane, Chesterton, Leamington Spa.

The area was immediately cordoned off and Windmill Hill Lane is currently closed at the junction with Fosseway and at the junction with Harbury Lane. Drivers are being advised to avoid the area as delays are expected.

At this time police cannot confirm the identity of the individual or the circumstances surrounding how they have come to be found at this location.

Officers have this morning arrested a 25-year-old man on suspicion of murder.
